The Spa is 2km from Citta di Castello, which is situated in the Upper Tiber Valley, in the north of Umbria. The Motorways A1 & A14 connect with the E45 making access easy. Many roads also cross the Apennines.

By car:
From the north turn off the A14 at Cesena and follow the E45 in the Rome direction. From the south leave the A1 at Orte onto the E45. Both routes follow the E45 to the Citta Di Castello exit.
By train:
Either to Arezzo [40km] or Perugia [60km] and continue by Bus or Taxi.
By air:
Perugia Airport [50km].
